For super-toned thighs, we’ll be working on targeting your outer and inner hips, as well as the larger muscles in your legs. This will set you up for a strong, stable core. Watch the video and repeat each of these moves 25 times on each side: Knee Pull & Kick, Hip Dip & Extend, Inverted Twist & Kick, Reach Back & Arabesque, and Alternating Knee Pulls.
