Some of my software feels laggy I'm guessing it's a driver issue. But here's the problem, the laptop probably came with a bunch of software from the manufacture (HP, Dell, Acer, Asus, etc.). I need help, both my headphone mic and internal laptop mic both not working. Is it an HP laptop. I faced a similar issue and reinstalled drivers but the problem came back after an hour.
