Get leaner, longer-looking legs—while still strengthening your core—with today's workout. Watch the video for a refresher on the moves you mastered last week: Knee Pull & Kick, Hip Dip & Extend, Inverted Twist & Kick, Reach Back & Arabesque, and Alternating Knee Pulls.
