Perhaps one of the more challenging hurdles to this detox is uncovering all of the sneaky places that sugar hides. You know it’s in anything sweet, and maybe even that it’s added to sauces and salad dressings, but what about some of those not-so-sweet-tasting items? Two that we found incredibly surprising are: chicken broths and stocks, and bacon. And when it comes to bacon, there are only a few brands with the "no added sugar" label. Here are a few more foods that contain added sugars that you might find surprising.
