These ab exercises help your posture, alleviate lower back pain, and help keep your abs tight and firm. Grab a mat and a set of ankle weights and get to it: Sit-Up & Split, Knee Pull Crunch, Cross & Kick, Cross Leg Reach, and Twisting Kick.
