Here's Why I Don't Believe in Days Off

If you want to take a day off from exercise today, I get it—you've worked hard over the past three weeks. But if you're totally truthful with yourself, you could eke out at least a half hour of light cardio today. As long as you're not exercising in a way that's invasive to your body, exercise can be a seven-day-a-week commitment. Think of it this way: you spend a few minutes a day brushing your teeth, and those are so tiny in comparison to the rest of your body. If your teeth take up five minutes, then the rest of your body can take up 30 to 60. Watch the video:  How to Recharge on Rest Days
