Today, we’re back to abdominals—and by now, yours are super strong! This series will have you maintaining a challenging (but sustainable) exertion level, so you’ll see a real difference in how you look and feel. Watch the video for a refresher on the five moves: Sit-Up & Split, Knee Pull Crunch, Cross & Kick, Cross Leg Reach, and Twisting Kick.
