5 Exercises to Chisel Your Lower Body

You want strong legs without the extra bulk, and these five moves will give you just that: Knee Pull & Kick, Hip Dip & Extend, Inverted Twist & Kick, Reach Back & Arabesque, and Alternating Knee Pulls.
