As we enter the last week of the challenge, you’re probably noticing that your entire body is getting stronger and more in balance. Today, you’ll complete 30 reps—the highest for the whole challenge. But you can handle it! Here’s a refresher on the five core-strengthening moves we’ll be doing today: Running Split Crunch, Cross Leg Crunch, Monkey Pull & Reach, Reach Back & Arabesque, and Plank & Attitude Lift.
