Here's something you may not have realized: your core is so much more than your abs. Your core encompasses any muscles used to stabilize your body, including your butt, back, and chest. So for the first day of this challenge, we’re focusing on dynamic movements that prep your entire body to work hard for the next 30 days. We’ll be doing these five moves today: Running Split Crunch, Cross Leg Crunch, Monkey Pull & Reach, Reach Back & Arabesque, and Plank & Attitude Lift.
