We’re onto the second week of the 30-Day Core Challenge! Today, we’re starting strong by repeating the original core series from Day 1—but this time, we’ll be upping the number of reps from 10 to 15. Watch the video, then complete each of these five move 15 times: Running Split Crunch, Cross Leg Crunch, Monkey Pull & Reach, Reach Back & Arabesque, and Plank & Attitude Lift.
