To really see definition in your upper body, you’ll need to go beyond basic bicep curls. This workout engages every muscle in your arms, as well as your, your chest, upper back, and core: Throw & Reach, Punch & Rock, Rolling Arms, Swinging Triceps, and Monkey Pull & Reach.
