5 Exercises for Tank Top-Ready Arms

Time to work your upper body! These five lightning-fast moves will get your heart pumping and muscles burning—and in addition to tightening up your biceps and triceps, the exercises will engage your glutes, obliques, and abdominals. Grab a mat and a pair of 3-pound weights and do the Throw & Reach, Punch & Rock, Rolling Arms, Swinging Triceps, and Monkey Pull & Reach. Watch the video, then do 10 reps of each move.
